If you have just registered on our website for the very first time and while trying to pay for your membership you see the message "Sorry, but we are not able to provide this at the moment," please don't panic. You just need to activate your membership before being able to make the payment. This is easily done by clicking in the link we sent you in an email (also check your spam folder) or copy/pasting the link in a browser and then hit enter for your account to be activated.
Once activated, you can proceed to make the payment. If this doesn't work after you have activated your account, you just need to log off from your account and then log in again. That should resolve the problem. In case this doesn't work please email us and we'll resolve the issue for you as soon as possible.
